Shailendra Bhadauria with his rare ability to assess the inherent potential of every person, impeccable foresight about the emerging scenario of education and his perseverance has touched the hearts of thousands of his students, their families and his staff. He is an omnipresent source of motivation-supervising the activities, attending to every problem and guiding his team.
He wrapped up his schooling from Sir Padampat Singhania Education Centre, an elite school of Kanpur in 1999 followed by Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from CSJMU in 2002. He concluded his Masters in Business Administration from UPTU, Lucknow in 2004. He completed his digital marketing course from National University of Singapore, one of the leading global university centred in Asia.
A dream does not become reality through magic; it takes sweat, determination and hard work. Shailendra Bhadauria knew that nothing can be achieved without enthusiasm. So he launched very early in life. Maharana Pratap Group of institutions came into existence in 1995 with its first K-12 school. This Journey of success advanced incessantly adding educational institutions ranging from K-12 schools to engineering, Medical, Pharma and Mass communication colleges in Delhi/NCR, U.P., M.P. and a university in Rajasthan.

Ms Bhadauria is a dynamic enterpreneur. For the past 16 years she has been incessantly striving to provide best possible education to the future India. Realising the dearth of good and affordable educational institutions in her hometown Kanpur and nearby, she started Maharana Pratap Education Centre with three branches of K-12 Schools affiliated to CISCE and CBSE under the aegis of Maharana Pratap Group.
Ms Bhadauria completed her senior secondary education from commerce stream, graduated in business management and post graduate in economics. She also a professional trained journalist, through her another PG programme. Learning is constant she adores so completed her certification in Entrepreneurship in Emerging Economies a course of study offered by HarvardX Washington DC.
Her work as Joint secretary gathered momentum after these establishments and to her credit. the Maharana Pratap group has many engineering colleges Dental College, College of Pharmacy, Institute of Management Studies, Mass Communication, Fashion Studies etc.
With her efforts, She further moved on to establish Pratap University in Jaipur & Pratap international school both in 2011. Pratap international (previously known as Adriel high) is now a full fledged k12 school. She is also lifetime member of Ficci ladies organisation Delhi and actively runs CSR program with them.
Ms Bhadauria also heads her in-house Education Development and Consultancy team.
She works constantly for developing an ethical system of education which makes one exceptional to realize one’s potential and transform it into reality. She has a love for changing others lives for the better. She is sincere and doesn’t compromise on the quality of work.
She is into a lot of charity to orphanages. Old age homes and runs Beena Memorial Scholarship programme in fond memory of her late Mother in law Ms Beena Singh to help poor meritorious students.
The list is endless. She is an asset not only for her family and institutions but also for the society.
